Diamond Cut Wheels
Lathe clamp marks: Due to the high forces that are encountered during the diamond cutting process each wheel is securely held in the lathe using a clamping mechanism (the ‘lathe jaws’). This enables the wheel to spin at high speed while being cut at the same time. The result is that there will usually be clamp marks visible on the back section of the wheel where the lathe jaws were holding the wheel. It is not possible to diamond cut a wheel without clamping a wheel in this way.

Cleaning Refurbished Wheels
Refurbished wheels MUST ONLY be cleaned with hot soapy water and hose and non abrasive cloths. Failure to do so may affect the finish and invalidate your warranty.
Warranty
Warranty is against any paint defect subject to the damage not being caused by lack of maintenance, cleaning the wheels with corrosive cleaners that will dull and damage lacquer, or as the result of driver damage.
Wheels MUST NOT be jet washed for at least 7 days after repair.
Diamond Cut / Polished wheels
Polished wheels / areas are covered by a 3 month warranty from the date of completion. The reduced warranty is due to the fact that lacquered bare machined alloy is not a long lasting finish and is very vulnerable to environmental factors such as our roads and weather. Any warranty is subject to the damage not being caused by lack of maintenance, cleaning the wheels with corrosive cleaners that will dull and damage lacquer, or as the result of driver damage.
Wheels MUST NOT be jet washed for at least 7 days after repair.
Warranty claims must be supported by photographic evidence and will be subject to inspection by one of our specialists before being upheld.
